Preparation of Bolle - Liquor with Fruit
This liqueur is unique in taste and appearance. I prepare it in a 12 1/2 cups (3-liter) jar. Here's how:
First pour the brandy in the jar, then put one cupful of sugar strawberries, then subsequent fruit - all fruit is added. Larger ones /apples, pears, quinces, melon/ are chopped.
Finally put 1-2 slices of mandarins and an orange and lemon. The rule is: fruit cup - cup of sugar. The brandy must always cover the fruit, by at least two fingers. Occasionally stir to melt the sugar. Keeps in a dark and cool place.
After last turn, put the wine in. After 10 days- the liqueur is ready for consumption. Serve it in a large cup with ice cube and a small spoon for fruit pieces.
