Preparation of Turkish Kadaif
Arrange the shredded sweet dough in a baking dish, each roll gets a few walnut kernels. Bake until golden, then pour in the previously prepared syrup of sugar and water, to which you add butter.
It’s an extremely tasty and a favorite of my family.
Optionally, you can add crushed pistachios instead of walnuts or a mix of both types of nuts.
