  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Preparation of Thickening Agent for Soups

The egg and vinegar are whipped together with the flour and yoghurt until a smooth mixture forms. Scoop a ladle of hot soup and carefully pour it to the thickening agent to equilibrate the two mixtures.

Add another 2-3 ladles and stir, then pour everything into the soup, while stirring.
