Preparation of Binet Soufflé - Fried Balls
Add margarine and salt to the water and boil. After boiling, add flour and stir until you get a smooth, thick batter.
Take the dough off from the heat and once cooled slightly, add the eggs. With a spoon, form balls and fry them in an oil bath.
Dip the fried balls in the pre-boiled and cooled sugar syrup.
