- cognac - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
- wine - 1/5 cup (70 ml) malaga
- syrup - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml) sugar
- coffee - 1/5 cup (70 ml) strong black
- cream - sweet, to garnish
In a suitable container all the ingredients are heated to boiling point.
Pour the preheated punches in a cup.
Serve hot with a spoonful of whipped cream, if desired.
